Start with the question you need answered
Tell us what the prototype needs to prove: overall shape, access around a component, a clip fit or a visual presentation. Include a drawing for dimensions that matter and describe the intended environment.
Choose a process
Filament printing is worth considering for practical prototypes and enclosures. Resin may suit smaller models with fine detail. The best choice depends on geometry, material requirements and finish; we can discuss those when reviewing the file.
Keep revisions clear
Name each file with its revision and state the quantity for that version. If a design changes after the quote, send the updated file for review before production. Keep the first run small when testing an uncertain fit.
Move from sample to batch
Once the sample meets your requirements, request a quote for the next run. Bulk discounts are available for orders of 100+ units, with eligibility and pricing confirmed after reviewing the designs.
Have a model ready?
Upload a closed STL or OBJ in millimetres, up to 25 MB, for an estimate. Email STEP or 3MF files for manual review. Attach your model when sending your enquiry.
